Questions about pricing
What happens when my trial ends?
You choose a plan and keep your alerts, watchlists and history. If you don't, your workspace is paused. Nothing is deleted for 30 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an API call?
Each HTTP request to the REST API counts as one call, no matter how many events it returns. Webhook deliveries never count toward your API quota.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or academic research?
Yes. Contact us with a short description of your project and we'll find a plan that works.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards on monthly and annual plans. Annual and Enterprise plans can also be paid by invoice and ACH transfer.
